Many cribs may look similar, however their construction and hardware systems are different. Serious injury or death can occur if the incorrect hardware is used on a crib. Please ensure you actually have a Delta crib. Our cribs use a mattress board and not a metal frame. Our name Delta Enterprise or Delta Children’s Products can be found on the instruction sheet that is glued on the mattress board.


Please ensure you have the correct model number and country of origin of your product. When ordering replacement parts, the model number and country information can be located on the instructions which can be found on the mattress board.

A. We have all of our product manuals in the customer service section. If you don't see your model number there just call us up and we'll send one right over.

A. Parts that are listed as temporarily out of stock may take up to eight weeks to be restocked.

Q. Are parts from different models interchangeable? Can I order a part that isn’t listed for my product?

A. Parts from other models are not interchangeable, may not be safe and are not guaranteed by Delta. You may only order parts that are listed as being appropriate for the model you own. Q. Why do you ask for the model number and serial number/manufacture date of my product in order to find replacement parts?

A. We at Delta care a lot about safety. And the only way we can make sure that the parts you order fit your Delta product is to ask for the model number of the product you own.

Q. When is my order processed?

A. We begin processing your order as soon as you click “Submit Order.” You will receive an email notification as soon as your order is placed. Most orders placed before 10 p.m. ET for in stock items will ship within seven business days.

Q. What forms of payment do you accept?

A. We accept Visa and MasterCard. For security and authentication purposes, the billing address provided with your order must match the billing address associated with the credit card being used to make the purchase. We are unable to accept any form of payment with a non-U.S. billing address.

Q. Is my credit card information secure?

A. Delta uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to securely send the information you provide during checkout to and from our web site. (You can tell that a page is secure by looking for the “closed lock” symbol in the lower right hand corner of your browser.) This technology sends information in an encrypted format, insuring that it can only be read by Delta. In addition, we use digital security certificates from Verisign to protect the integrity of our site. Finally, we do not store credit card information.
